GOLD QUALITY FOR CARSHAW MANAGEMENT

A SucceSS member company, which provides training and consultancy services for quality and environmental management systems, has struck gold in a prestigious award given by the British Accreditation Bureau (BAB).

Rugeley-based Carshaw Management & Quality Limited, attained the BAB CP Gold Award by achieved stunning client feedback scores - the highest in the country- for the measurement of overall client satisfaction (93 %) and "would you recommend?" (96%).

A delighted Alan Shaw, who founded the company in 1987, said: "You don't get an award like this every day and I'm so pleased it's my clients who helped us achieve it! The Gold award is important to us because most of our new business comes from recommendations and referrals from satisfied clients - and occasionally from other associate professionals."

Alan is a long-standing Certified Practitioner (CP) of BAB, which independently reassess each year his capabilities to provide professional consultancy and training services.
